Sub-processors

TxnHub LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company", "we") engages the third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") below to run the Odin platform and process Customer Content on our behalf. This list mirrors Schedule C of our Data Processing Agreement. Each Sub-processor is bound by a written agreement that requires it to handle Customer Content with security and confidentiality obligations no less protective than those in our agreement with you.

Planned sub-processors (not yet engaged)
The following provider is anticipated for a feature that is not yet generally available. It is not currently a Sub-processor and does not process any Customer Content today. We will add it to the list above and to Schedule C of the DPA — and notify customers — before it is engaged.
- Deepgram, Inc. — speech-to-text transcription for management-call recordings, to be engaged only if and when the audio upload feature launches and a customer uploads audio.
Notifications
We notify customers in advance before engaging a new Sub-processor that will process Customer Content. To subscribe to Sub-processor notifications, email privacy@txnhub.app.
Compartmented Mode
Customers can flag individual deals as Compartmentedfrom the deal page. Compartmented deals work fully — Muninn extracts findings, Huginn answers questions, exports generate — but their findings do not contribute to your firm's shared pattern memory and are not embedded into our cross-deal vector store. Use this for deals whose NDAs restrict AI cross-aggregation.
